This coaching is focused on how to react to changes, keeping your sense of self and being able to choose how to handle change. Through this programme, you will receive regular 121 coaching to support you through the change in your life, career or relationship.

This programme is an ongoing conversation about what the change is, and an exploration of the full impact on you as a person.
This coaching is most importantly a supportive and confidential space for you to explore and process where you are in the change. A non-judgemental space for you, we explore the key beliefs and what the change means for you and your values.
We will help you develop the skills and strategies to navigate change, looking at what is challenging, what is necessary and what is unacceptable.
Finally, we work to build resilience and adaptability, learn how to bounce back from setbacks and challenges.

Programme Format
This coaching consists of
Discovery Call - Everything starts with a no obligation 30 minute call where we talk about what you want from coaching, agreeing bounds, and finding out if we can work together
Assessment and Design - an in-depth 90min session talking about the changes you are facing
Monthly check-ins - a monthly 60min session, reviewing your current challenges, and work through the next steps in achieving your goals

£0 - Discovery Call - 30 minutes session, to see if this is the right programme for you
£175 - monthly sessions / assessment & design
£950 - Six Months (5 sessions, 1 assessment & design, 5 monthly check-ins)
