We go through many changes in our life, from child to adult, from school to work, from job to job, within relationships and our lives. Often we begin these changes unconsciously and they can be challenging to us and our sense of self.

Change is a constant in our lives, and as much as it can bring new opportunities and growth, it can also be a source of stress and uncertainty. When we're faced with change, it's natural to feel a sense of discomfort or even fear as we adjust to a new normal.

  3. Develop a plan: Change can feel less scary when you have a clear plan in place. Take some time to think about what you need to do to adjust to the change and make a list of action steps to follow.

  4. Practice self-care: Change can be draining, so it's important to take care of yourself physically and mentally. Make sure you're getting enough rest, exercise, and nutrition, and take breaks when you need them.

Change can be intimidating, but with the right mindset and strategies in place, you can navigate it successfully and come out on the other side stronger and more resilient. Remember to be kind to yourself and take things one step at a time.
